We posted an announcement for a new LC position and got more responses than
anticipated.  In order to document the difference in knowledge level of the
applicants (which I expect to be wide), I have decided to give them each a
written exam, not as a sole criteria by which to judge them, but merely as
a sifting tool to determine who has interest and knowledge, and who is
looking for "easy" hours in another department.  (No, they aren't easy, but
if one didn't know beans about lactation, it might sound like it.)  Anyone
who can think of one good test question,  please post (or send by private
email if shy).
