I have permission to post:

A mother of a 4 week old baby ( 2nd baby) has had some sore nipples since birth --they are starting to feel much better. The L breast has always felt better than the right. Baby is doing beautifully and just finished a feed of 160 g, 5 1/2 ounces.

Four days ago, Mother noticed stringy red blood from left breast, baby now hving dark stools. Occurred several feeds yeterday, all day Sunday. late Saturday i.e., 3 days. Also had foul odour while bloody. Observed small am't bloody discharge when mother squeezed after feed, Does not appear to be a cracked nipple although nipple is still distorted after feed.

Any ideas
