hi, the woman in a store ahead of me was unloading her cart, her about 6
month old was with her. she unloaded dha formula, dha filled baby foods
of many types, and even crackers with you guessed it dha, and of course
they were all calcium and vit d fortified too.
my question is how much is too much. there are serious consequences to
too much dha, who is monitoring this, is there even a recommendation
guideline on the box, that way if she can read English and do math she
may be able to see what her baby is getting. i will now step off my
soapbox, but i am very worried about what is going into these babies,
and what these momma with the best intentions are doing.

Katie IBCLC LLLL and avid gardener, yes even in the dreaded sun with out
sunscreen, in non burning moderation of course.
