I am in New Zealand and our unit of measurement is g/L so using the
figures you quoted this wee girl is on the upper border of mild to
moderate anaemia. After discussion with parents that think they will ask
for a repeat in 2 weeks as the original cause of the anaemia is no
longer present ie cord rupture and there is no other morbidity to cause
anaemia, she was a well baby from a well pregnancy with a normal labour
and birth so her iron stores were not compromised at birth. 

Your help is appreciated- I am new to this role although it has been a
passion since my daughter was born 28 yrs ago, my IBCLC results are
expected next week.
