Tom Hale says:

"PRISOLEC
Generic = OMPERAZOLE
Reduces gastric acid secretion.  Secretion into human milk is unreported, but
is likely.  Physician must weigh dangers of this drug with need in mother.
 Not generally recommended in nursing mothers.  See famotidine, or nizatidine
as better choices.
AHL= 1 hr.  PB= 95% "
