I am trying to collect as many ideas as possible that different hospitals
have done to provide breastfeeding education, the kind that would meet the
UNICEF requirements, although the goal is not just attaining Baby Friendly
status but of KEEPING UP with staff (new ones come in, "slipping" is
observed or measured).

I am aware of the many organizations that come in and offer to educate all
the staff - however, that's a "one-time" deal and does not address all the
employees who are not available or those on leave, returning weeks or months
later, or new staff.

My goal is to provide a single webpage within the California Model Policies
Toolkit (www.mch.dhs.ca.gov/program/bfp that people could go to for ideas
and links to programs offered.

As you are from so many places, I'm hoping the "brainstorm" will come up
with ideas I never thought of that could be useful to those hospitals that
have decided to address this issue...some large hospitals have LOTS of $$,
but others are very limited in funds - or time to give their staff, so I
want to address all these issues.
