While I don't approve of the marketing of the Brava product in suggesting to
women that they will *need* this after breastfeeding, I *am* interested in
what exactly it does. The website claims that they stretch the skin/tissue
and then new tissue grows inside. Is it glandular? Connective? Is there any
research to validate this?

I'm interested in this from the perspective of those women who are
hypoplastic and looking for anything they might be able to do between
babies. There are a lot of products on the market that are bogus, but also
a few (such as some herbals) that have some validity behind them. I would
be interested in discussion that might go further down this pathway.
