Hi Everyone,
        Regarding the PNS for premie mothers:
We have used it for mothers of premature or sick infants without a problem.
 We typically give the mother a choice of pumps that are appropriate for
the situation and let them choose.
        I remember, not so long ago, that the lactina was considered inappropriate
for mothers of premies.
