 Ukraine and Russia:

Walnuts are believed to raise fat content in milk.
Special recipe for boosting supply and quality of milk is to add some
boiling milk to walnuts, leave it for some time in thermos, then drink it in
small portions.
Other foods for making milk are tea with milk, condensed milk, halvah (sweet
mass made from sunflower seeds or peanuts, sugar and some oil), soar cream
Somewhere I've also read about eating semolina - a big bowl before going to
bed. Oatmeal isn't reputed here as supply booster.
Dandelion salad is recommended in some local parenting books. I don't know
anyone who tried it
