Fine.  This may be appropriate under certain circumstances.  And your
situation surely sounds as if there might be some justification,
though I don't see even by your argument why the injection can't wait
until six weeks postpartum.

What I am objecting to is not only the fathers and social situation.
But do health professionals need to be coercive too?
