In a previous post about C-section moms having problems with milk coming in,
would that also apply to moms that are induced a bit early either for
convenience or due to baby's large size? My first two pregnancies (pergonal with IUI
conceptions) I gave birth due to water breaking three weeks early (the
twins) or induction four days after due date. My last, I was induced a week early
due to his size, he was a whopping nine pounds a week early. (Doctor advised
early induction to avoid a c section)

With the twins, who arrived three weeks early and were my first babies, my
milk took a week to come in. (No, they weren't c-section.) With my second
pregnancy, after induction four days after the due date, my milk came in on the
third day. With my last baby, I never had engorgement and had to really
struggle with the SNS to build up milk flow. That was the week-early induction
delivery. Does length of gestation affect milk production at all or was it
just my weird breast development (no breast buds but normal growth) and PCOS
instead? Just wondering.
