cloth  ones are as drink coasters to go under a glass, yet they are still
being  made and sold here. 


Ah yes, and if  folded  right,  like a little tent,  they can just rest over 
the baby's umbilical stump, so it doesn't cut into  mom's tender belly while 
nursing...:)
