Now I've heard it all! In speaking to a new mother she informed me of her
doctor's ability to test her breastmilk for silicone in her office by
placing the milk in a container on the computer....and if silicone is
present she will know within minutes. Her doctor is an Md. and a practicing
homeopath. I had explained that I was very certain this test needed to be
done in a laboratory, but since this was not mom's
concern I didn't press the issue. ((Main concerns: lack of sleep and
frequent nursing = How am I going to go back to work and do this too?....my
focus is on the tasks of parenthood versus all the emphasis on
breastfeeding.))

Does the computer pick up the scent of silicone or how does it Know?I will
call the Md. in the morning to ask about this method of testing.
