I urge you to consider seriously the high risk of depression with the use
of Reglan.  It is usually considered to be of risk only for very long term
use or with mothers with a history of depression, but there have been cases
of serious depression in mothers who had no history of depression.

One should certainly inform the mother of this risk so that she can make an
informed choice.
