Joanne, in your article you said:

I looked through the articles that came up for the May 1991 issue of
Pediatrics in the single citation function in Medline, and couldn't find a
citation that quoted this statistic or looked like it would if I had the
full article.  Also, I searched the AAP website for something quoting this
and was also unsuccessful.  Also no luck with Riordan and Auerbach or
Lawrence texts.  I give up!  Can you tell me/us the exact citation for this
statistic?  I'd like to add it to my arsenal, errr, reference bank, I should
say.
