Hi Lisa,
Homeopathic phytolacca (poke root) wworks well for mastitis. Give 4 times a
day 30x or 60x at first sign of infection. Mom takes baby and goes horizontal
for 24 hours with another 24 hours of rest afterwards. I have no experience
with echinecha homeopathically, is this what you refer to ?  Or do you mean in
herbal tincture?
