     Good news.  Honey is contraindicated in infants to one year of age, due
to the risk for infant botulism.  By the way, this also applies to corn
syrup.  The risk is not uniform.  There are areas where the risk is much
higher - eg Pennsylvania (Buck's County).  After one, they can live it up
with the rest of us.            Giosi
