>From Dr. Hale's information, trazone is relatively safe for the nursing
infant.  Personally I would still prefer paroxetine (Paxil) or
sertraline (Zoloft), but I had never heard of trazone before.

The fact that the dose of trazone is greater than the dose of paroxetine
does not mean that the baby will get more of an effect.  Amoxycillin is
used in smaller doses than ampicillin, and 125 mg of amoxycillin is
about as effective as 250 mg of ampicillin, but getting more ampicillin
does not make it more toxic.
