But what a serendipitous pushing of the button -- Diane, that was
outstandingly written -- and I love the thought of "bottlenecks" or
"conduits."  The post had much less to do w/ credentials than it did with
attitudes about how to help make breastfeeding work.  Fantastic, and thank
