I wish to thank every lactnetter who sent encouraging words, cartoons, jokes and prayers to me last year when I was diagnosed with Non Hodgkins Lymphoma. I have had minor diagnostic surgery and 6 cycles of chemo and I am now in remission and fit and well. I have just had a 2 week camping holiday with my family and kept up with my husband and 2 sons age 11 and 13 at boogie boarding in the ocean, cycling and tennis in exactly the same way as I had before I was sick.
I was very encouraged by your support and laughed a lot at things that were sent to me.
I worked through it all and had some partial sick days, a few whole sick days but managed to get to work every week.
Thank you!
