Does anyone else read "National Geographic"?
Vol.193, No.1   January 1998 p61-2 states

"Because of contaminants, Inuit women don't breast-feed as much as they
once did," Malcolm said.Women tested in the Canadian Arctic had about six
times the amount of PCBs in their breast milk that women in urban areas of
Quebec Province did.

The article is about Polar bears, but this info amazed me.
