Dear Lactnetters,

I am posting this as a member of ILCA's Board of Directors.

The Board appreciates the feedback on the recent bylaws ballot. The Bylaws committee is working overtime (like today - New Years Eve) compiling a more lengthy clarification and explanation of the changes proposed. As soon as it's ready I will post a notice of where this information will be available. In the interim, please forward any questions or concerns to me. I will be checking my e-mail frequently to make sure all concerns are addressed in the document we prepare.
