Oxytocin spray can be obtained by prescription from a pharmacy with a
compounding license.  The old Syntocinon contained 40 IU/ml and the patient
was instructed to use three drops per nostril.

If you do not know of a compounding pharmacy in your area, you can get the
name of one within a 50 mile radius.  Contact the Academy of Compounding
Pharmacists.  The last number I had was 1-800-927-4227, but that was about
three years ago.
