I have had several women over the years who tell  me about night sweats.
They desribe it in the same way that menopausal women do - nightclothes
drenched with sweat. They are well in every other way, and seem to be women
with a bountiful supply. I figure it is a hormonal thing but would like to
understand the physiology both for myself and to explain it to the women.

Any ideas??
