Hi Catherine: Welcome to the Valley.

I saw this 'wonderful' item at a Baby Expo at the Civic Plaza 2-3 years
ago. My reaction was the same as yours. If they use it to hold a sippy cup
for an older child who is wheelchair-bound, I can understand (first picture
on site). If they use it for the other babies who appear to be 15-18+ mos
old, I think there is less risk. But I'm afraid that some may choose to use
it on car seats for much smaller babies, and therein lies the most serious
problem.

We can try to offer research to the entity that offers the award re:
dangers of bottle propping in hopes that the product might have an
age-minimum warning in letters large enough to read easily. Or how about
contacting the famous Consumer Product Safety Commission in hopes of
getting some kind of warning on the product?

I'm wondering if the inventor wants to expand it's applications? Like
attaching it to the rear view mirror of husband's vehicle so he can drink
his coffee hands-free during morning commute? Makes as much sense to me as
using it on the stroller (or car seat / baby bucket).
