Sometimes, if an infant is using a side less, and it is starting to "dry-up",
the milk tastes more saline, causing the infant to use it even less.  So a
thought would be to pump that side, increase the flow from it, decrease
salinity (and conincidentally, maybe even equalize the sizing), and
hopefully the baby will go back to it.  If not, there are several ways mom
can use the milk besides bottle feeding it to her infant -- she can cupfeed it
or donate it to the nearest local milk bank, to name two alternatives.
