We have a level 3 NICU and the discuss of late is how we should be using the expressed milk our mothers are bringing in.  Should we use the milk in chronological order (eg first in, first out) or is freshly expressed milk better than frozen milk?
Also, we will need some documentation to support this.  Thanks in advance for your help.
