The drug is domperidone (Motilium).  I wouldn't hold my breath (almost
wrote "breast") waiting for it to be released in the USA.

It is a prolactin stimulant by inhibiting dopamine release from nuclei
in the hypothalamus.  It is similar to metoclopramide (Reglan) but does
not cross the blood brain barrier in significant amounts so that central
nervous system side effects are very uncommon.
