Since it ONLY seems to happen with lactation and it ONLY seems to happen in
that one part of the breast ... what is happening with that one part of that
one breast?  Any surgery or procedures done?  Any wacky mastitis or other
issue with #1 or #2 that is showing up with #3 and #4??  Piercings?
 Restrictive clothing or sleeping positions?  Issues with plugged ducts or
blebs or anything that is making you thing that milk movement through that
tissue is hitting roadblocks?
