Hello All,
At the moment we have several pregnant nurses and midwives on our staff.
Already there are people muttering about them bringing their babies to work
for feeding and that we need a policy to deal with this. I would really
appreciate input from anyone who has a workplace policy on breastfeeding
mothers at work. I work as a community midwife and the policy would be for
the staff of a 20 bed maternity unit. Please e-mail me privately if you
