Hi Sarah
My daughter had an extraction, two porcelain caps and four fillings under GA at the age 2.5.  She had enamel hypoplasia as  a result of pre-eclampsia during pregnancy and the problem was exacerbated by reflux.   She breastfed in recovery and then again for most of the day.  Dislodging a clot with a breast would be like rupturing someone's eardrum with your elbow ...
