Oops, knew I forgot something, when I was writing last night.  A new thing I
discovered last year at a Kinko's Copy Center.  Little business card size
magnetic material with a self-stick surface, you just peel off the paper &
presto, chango you have a magnetized business card.  I've been handing these
out to MD offices, and hospital wards, assuming that if it's stuck to a metal
cabinet of some sort, it might be more visible, and less likely to get
trashed.  Pretty inexpensive too.
