But please not the USDA Peer counselor Program is very specific about the  
role and referral of WIC Peer Counselors.

I  would be interested to hear from other IBCLCs working in clinical 
positions in  WIC.  Do you use the Spirit system?  If so, what part do you write  
your notes in? Does WIC also have peer counselors where you work?  If so,  
has that worked out well or do people get confused about what to refer to a  
peer counselor and what to refer to you?  Are you involved in training  peer 
counselors or other staff on a regular basis?   Thanks.
