I hope someone with more medical knowledge answers this, but I had a
thought that if this is like a bone marrow transplant, then the
immunocompetent lymphocytes that are in human milk just might
theoretically (or really?) cause graft-versus-host disease. In this
case, it may be a risk to the success of the procedure.

Hope I am not totally off the track!
