I found my first ILCA Conference to be awesome. All thoughts and concerns about the exhibitors and location aside. I think my favorite session was on Sunday morning.Kerstin Hedberg Nyqvist presented a wonderful session on Oral Behavior in Preemies. I wish I had taken better notes. I was too engrossed in her presentation to write much down.
Apparently University Children's Hospital in Uppsala Sweden is having wonderful successes with preemies. They introduce Breast Milk very soon after birth, feed ONLY breastmilk, and encourage nursing at the breast very early.
This presentation was truly amazing. Maybe we can encourage Kerstin to share more notes.

Another favorite was Susan Boekel's presentation on Sales Training. She was very engaging, and provided me with many ideas.

Another favorite was Dr. Nylands Sunday session on Teamwork.
I learned so much, that it will take me weeks to absorb and process everything.
