Some medications slightly lower the seizure threshhold. Domperidone is
one of them. In women who are prone to seizures, taking a drug that
lowers the threshhold may provoke seizures. This does not mean that
people who are not prone to seizures have anything to fear from the
medication. Is this doctor going to stop prescribing every drug to
which someone has ever had a paradoxical or allergic reaction?
