I received one on Saturday, and my husband, who is a neurologist has gotten
two surveys in the past month or so from them -- also with a crisp $1 US
bill. The dollar is just an incentive to get you to think you need to do
something in exchagne for it.  Didn't work with my husband.;-)

So now we are $3 richer LOL
