In regards to the question on oral preps for acne; it is true that most oral
preparations for acne treatment would not be advised in a breastfeeding Mom.
There are a couple of herbal alternatives for this individual.  There is a
topical herbal formulation that can be prepared and used and a tincture of
sassafras can be taken internally along with small doses of echinacea.
