K.A.D., your post on this subject warmed my heart as it confirmed my
suspicions of many years.

I shared a while back about how my grandmother bf first 2 kids, and last 2
kids, but not the one in the middle. The middle one was my aunt.  My Mom &
aunt gave birth within 4 mos. of one another in '54 - me and my male cousin.
 My mom bf.  My aunt 'didn't want to destroy her figure' & 'wanted time to
herself'.  HX of cancer in family.  My aunt dx with breast cancer, double
radical mastectomy at age 36.  My mom has never showed any signs of breast
cancer.  I have always told her that I believed breastfeeding was the reason
why.  Classic, isn't it?  And now, of course, my aunt is one of the women
dealing with the effects of silicone leaks . . .
