Just my 2 cents worth ... as I read (and I admit I'm not completely caught up) I see the mention of elimination diets, but  I see no mention of elimiating corn. I have seen this be a major trigger in many babies. I also remember there being discussion here about formulas that do and don't contain any traces of corn for this reason.

if I recall correctly I once worked ever so briefly with a similar scenerio and mom was vegan - she consumed lots of hemp ... anyone ever seen this be an allergen?
never saw this family long enough to get to the bottom of things  : (
