Lots of great info and beautiful moms, babes, children, dads, LCs,
Leaders, etc. from all over the world.  This was my first (conveniently
located only 4 hours from my home!) conference with LLL and WOW!  Many
regrets for not having the sense to find info about this wonderful
organization years ago when I was nursing my children (now nearly 17 and
14).  They would have made a difference in my breastfeeding duration and
the benefits to my children and myself.  Hats off to these wonderful
women who have touched the lives of so many.  I had goose bumps when the
original seven were introduced......they were beaming with pride!

Dr. Nancy Wight was a terrific speaker (as was everyone!), a real
pleasure to meet her.  Dr. Jack Newman was great at one of the
luncheons!  I can't think I am so tired, as I have just returned home!
But EVERYONE had great sessions and I wish I could have seen everyone
speak.  It was a pleasure poking my head into Kathy D.'s room after her
lecture and introducing myself.  I've enjoyed hearing her in the past
but was unable to hear her session this time.  I heard many wonderful
comments out in the halls!

If you have never been to a LLLI conference and the opportunity arises,
don't pass it up!  I only wish my children had been with me (they are
big Breastfeeding advocates), but decided to share expenses with another
LC.  I would go back and change that.  This was an experience they
should have been exposed to!
