Hi all,
 We often find mothers who develop full breasts after being given
betamethasone, usually don't need to do anything about it, as it's not too
worrying once the mums are reassured.
Have occasionally found that these mums will go on  to deliver prematurely
tho, probably purely co-incidental, as they are already at risk, hence the
betamethasone!
