If you do not trust thrush milk, I'd rather advise to heat-treat the milk
prior to feeding in stead of dumpingt and having to use formula.
But I tend to believe that thrush is not likely to be transferred via milk,
for fresh (non heat treated) human milk is fungostatic, meaning it does not
allow fungi to grow and reproduce.
