Thank you Kathleen for these comments.  We need to be positive as we work to
improve things.  Yesterday, for example, I worked with a patient who had
received bad advice from a Pediatrician (If the jaundice gets worse, pump and
dump and give formula).  I ranted and raved to my associate privately, but to
the patient I needed to be professional and give her the facts.  Her baby is
a super breastfeeder in spite of the jaundice.  I gave her information and
"empowerment" to make her own decisions.  I also did not run down her Doctor.
 That would have been counter-productive.  We need to remember that mothers
make decisions that we might not make and we do not want to take that away
from them, only to give them good information to help make informed choices.
