One report showing a NICU commented that it was actually a blessing that the air conditioning was out because it helped keep the infants warm enough.  
Why aren't they skin to skin with their mothers???  (Assuming their mothers have survided and can get to the babies, but wouldn;t it have been nice if they had been with them all along.)
