I hope "they" weren't too harsh with you.  I don't know why LLLI is so touchy
about leader app status.  I wanted to shout it from the rooftops when I was
officially a leader app.  I personally think that it helps us long-timers on
lactnet to know where new posters are coming from.  If you are a leader app,
LLLL, MD, NICU nurse etc, it's helpful to know that.  I wouldn't expect the
same level of knowledge from you that I would from someone with years of
experience.  I think we all would tolerate more basic questions from you as
well.
