Dear Karolina,

You are such a wonderful mom to power on providing plenty of breastmilk
for your baby, in spite of this frustrating dilemma, and while also doing so
much to try to solve these problems and challenges. If feeding at breast
seems too stressful/painful/difficult for baby and you, how would you feel
about feeding pumped or *hand expressed milk more via bottle for a while?
..with lots of STS, let his little airway and your nipples rest while you
continue this quest for solutions. ....

Questions:
-Has your nipple pain and his airway issues been occurring since the
beginning of breastfeeding?
- If not, when did those problems begin?
-any difference after TT released?
-suck eval with finger: is tongue cupped, extended, and undulating? does
he chomp on finger?
-Did anyone have an answer as to Why his adenoids would be so enlarged?
- you write that he has less respiratory issues with bottle feeding, does
that mean he has absolutely no respiratory issues between feedings?
-what is the medical plan, before any surgery discussion, to decrease this
80% airway blockage by the adenoids? ....I am baffled as to how it could be
80% airway blocked without some kind of respiratory distress all the
time.
-What is the situation regarding allergy evaluation? ...any environmental
allergens that maybe other family members are sensitive to?...cats, dogs,
mold, horses, feathers...

Wondering if someone is going to chime in re CST. If you go that route be
very picky about finding someone *super* experienced with babies and gentle
with babies.

Try gently massaging his jaw before breastfeeding with you in a reclined
position, breast propped up on side with pillow and or rolled towel.
