I just followed the 1st link in the original post and then down under is a row of language icons; clicked NL and got a ZIPfile with 4 postcards in Dutch and a ''how to use'' in both English and French.
Oh, and clicking around, you'll find a botton on voting and there you'll find a space to give commends. I filled in one about the use of babybottles as normative pictogram for babies/motherhood. Other European Lactnuts are urged to do the same!

I googled around a bit and found a little picture of apples with the text 'Downloads van de campagne' here: http://www.europarl.europa.eu/elections2009/default.htm?language=NL. Clicking on that link gets me to the postcards, with the bottle on it... :-(

That's strange, when downloading the Dutch set I get a different set, the chicken and fuel are the same, the other two are replaced by others. No bottles in The Netherlands ...
