Hale's lists atovaquone and proguanil on the same page. They are anti-
malarials. The ratings are as follows: Lactation Risk Category L3, no pediatric 
concerns reported via milk. This drug is approved for pediatric use in infants 
11kg or greater. His recommendation further states that in infants less than 
11kg, mefloquine should be used. He refers readers to the CDC website for
