I have some of the same reservations Heather does. On top of my concern for proper support and resources for the women involved is that this isn't just a website. EOF is *less* than a website. It relies entirely on Facebook which pulls down pages on whim, by accident and because its corporate policy states that the human areola is obscene. How soon before breastfeeding pictures are posted on EOF Facebook pages and the pages just vanish with the information and vital relationships going with them?

A community for facilitating informal milk sharing is fantastic in my view. I have never heard a negative story about Milkshare.com. But relying on the kindness of Facebook to house the effort seems irresponsible to me.
